Questions & Answers

Before You Book

How do I check rates and make a booking?
All nightly rates are shown on our Availability page in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), with a currency selector for major currencies. To book, use the enquiry form on that page or message us on WhatsApp — we reply within a few hours. Booking direct means no platform fees.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to availability.
How many bedrooms are there, and how many guests can stay?
CassaMia has 6 bedrooms — five ensuite king rooms plus a dedicated kids’ bedroom — and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. Alongside the family suites there is a playful safari-themed kids’ room, a private pool with a shallow end, and plenty of space. Our team can help with family needs.
What is included in the stay?
Daily breakfast, a team (housekeeping and villa manager), the private pool, cinema room, billiard table, tropical gardens, and WiFi throughout.
Can you arrange a private chef, spa, or yoga?
Yes — a private chef, in-villa spa and massage, yoga, and Balinese cultural experiences can all be arranged. See our Experiences page or ask us when you enquire.
Where is CassaMia, and how far is the beach and airport?
We are on a quiet lane in Jimbaran, about 150 metres from Jimbaran Beach and roughly 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, airport pick-up and a driver can be arranged — just share your flight details.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Free cancellation more than 30 days out; 50% refund 15–30 days before; no refund within 15 days.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum 2 nights, rising to 4 nights in high season and 5 nights in peak season.
What is the neighbourhood like?
CassaMia sits within an authentic Balinese community — a traditional fishing village and family homes, with a school right next door. You will experience genuine local life, including some daytime sounds from the school on weekdays. It is a real Jimbaran neighbourhood, not a tourist strip.
