Please read these terms carefully. By booking a stay at CassaMia Bali, you agree to the conditions set out below.
A reservation is confirmed once a 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. All rates are quoted and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include 15.5% government tax and service charge. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment to confirm.
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund of any amount paid. Cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend guests arrange their own travel insurance.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
The villa accommodates up to the maximum number of guests stated at the time of booking. Additional guests, parties, or events are not permitted without prior written consent from management.
CassaMia sits within a residential Balinese community; we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours, particularly late at night. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the villa and its contents during their stay. A refundable security deposit may be requested, and any cost of damage may be deducted from it.
Guests use the villa and its facilities, including the pool, at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CassaMia and its staff are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings, except where caused by our proven negligence.
We are not liable for any failure to provide the accommodation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure.
Personal details provided during booking are used solely to manage your reservation and stay, and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
